Here's how to access NETePay's log files:
Open the file explorer on your computer or laptop and open the C drive.
On 64 bit Systems:
Use the following file path to find NETePay log files on 64 bit systems:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Datacap Systems\NETePay\DATACAP_LOGS
On 32 bit Systems:
Use the following file path to find NETePay log files on 32 bit systems:
C:\Program Files\Datacap Systems\NETePay\DATACAP_LOGS
Here's how to access logs using Datacap's Director:
Right-click on the NETePay icon in your application tray. Click 'Show NETePay'.
Click on the 'logs' button.
