Don’t want to touch Cardholder Data? Datacap’s new ‘Out of Scope’ Interface options require only simple transaction details from the POS Software for each sale. The track 2 card data is obtained through Datacap hardware and is then sent to a copy of NETePay that processes the transaction completely independently of the POS, allowing the developer to maintain an out of scope solution without being forced into a single payment processing relationship.
This solution has been validated as ‘Out of Scope’ by Coalfire Systems.

Out of Scope Interface for the Canadian Market
Datacap’s DSIEMVClientX™ Canadian interface that supports EMV (Chip and Pin) debit has been validated as ‘Out of Scope’. This interface obtains all track 2 card data via Datacap-controlled EMV (Chip and Pin) enabled Pin Pads, eliminating all cardholder data from the POS Software. Canadian Point of Sale providers can now accept EMV transactions through major Canadian payment processors while remaining outside the scope of PCI-DSS.
This solution has been validated as ‘Out of Scope’ by Coalfire Systems.

Usage Programs
In addition to our standard product sales options, Datacap has engaged multiple ISO/Acquirers in Usage Programs that offer our software at no cost to your customer. Now your clients can use your POS System to accept integrated payments without an additional software charge! These programs require that an authorized dealer is involved and compensated by the particpating ISO/Acquirer (generally via recurring monthly residual profit sharing).
