Provides fast transaction processing using a persistent Internet connection and automatic fail over to dial transactions through standard phone line in the event of an Internet failure.  NETePay/GIFTePay is installed on the POS system according to software developer’s requirements. A Datacap modem connects to a PC serial port and a standard phone line.  Merchant parameters must be obtained from merchant’s bank or provider and input into NETePay/GIFTePay setup screen.
